Greeting All!
As we approach the end of the school year, I want to take a moment to reflect on the meaningful progress, resilience and growth we've seen across our school community. It has been a year filled with hard work, perseverance and many achievements-both big and small-that remind us how important this work truly is.
Our students have continued to build on academic and social-emotional skills that support their success in all areas of life. We have seen increased confidence, stronger relationships and a willingness to take on challenges-milestones that deserve to be celebrated. With that being said, we congratulate our recent graduates-Derek Benevides, Hannah Crosier and Reagan Wright!
This last week of school, our students have enjoyed a field day and a field trip to the Franklin Park Zoo. Our last day of school is June 30th which will be a half-day filled with fun end-of-of year activities.
As a reminder, our summer program will run July 6th through July 31st. This enrichment program provides continued support, structure, engagement and fun!
I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to our families and district partners for their ongoing partnership and trust. I also want to thank the Summit staff for their dedication, compassion and commitment to our student's growth.
Wishing you all a safe, restful and enjoyable summer!
With appreciation,
Ellyn
