On April 13th, our high school students visited Teamworks recreational facility located in Northborough to attend a 2-hour team building athletic event. Our students participated in a frisbee toss challenge, pillow stick hockey competition, and soccer bowling task. We not only competed individually, but as a whole team. Each student was asked to predict what they thought the total team would earn in points. The points ranged from 25 to 50 points. As the students continued to score up as a team, they challenged themselves to beat the 150 mark. With effort, perseverance and teamwork the students scored a total of 180 points!
All participating students received credit for two health/gym classes. It was a great time for all! This trip was our second time visiting this facility and the students requested that we have this as a part of our yearly outgoings.
